What we collect

When you request a quote, book a consultation, register for a service or contact us, we collect the details you give us: name, email, phone, company and your message. We do not record keystrokes, form values before you submit, or session recordings.

Cookies and analytics

We use our own first-party analytics, not advertising cookies. A random visitor ID stored in your browser lets us see which pages you view, which buttons you click, how far you scroll, your device and browser, the website or campaign that referred you, and your approximate location (country, region and city) worked out from your IP address. Your IP address itself is not stored: it is turned into a location and a one-way code. Location lookups use the free DB-IP database on our own servers. Your browser also remembers small preferences such as light or dark mode and whether you have seen our offers.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule and confirm appointments, deliver the services you register for, and improve our website. If you submit a form, the pages you visited before may be linked to your enquiry so our team understands what you were looking for.

Sharing

We use trusted processors to deliver our services, including our CRM and scheduling platform (GoHighLevel) and our hosting providers. We never sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your choices

Use the cookie notice, or “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page, to accept or decline analytics at any time. Declining stops analytics in your browser. Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are never tracked. You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at the address below.
